Pat Duncan has been in the Human Resources field for over 25 years and has worked in various industries from banking, service, higher education, county government to manufacturing. She has an entrepreneurial bent and has owned her own benefits servicing company. Pat has built human resource departments from the ground up and is versed in every aspect of human resources. Helping managers and employees become successful in their roles is her biggest passion.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping, fishing, baking, knitting, crocheting, sewing,…Oh, and hanging out with her 10 grandkids!
